Hi, I’m Brandon Ventura, the founder of Ventura Consulting Group

I help business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control over their finances so they can make better decisions, reduce stress, and build businesses that last.

As a Certified Public Accountant, I’ve spent my career building a strong foundation in both public accounting and corporate finance, with experience spanning external audit and financial reporting. I began my career in public accounting working in the audit practice, where I developed a deep understanding of the end-to-end accounting process, key financial statement components, and how operational activity translates into reported results. Through financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and risk-focused audit procedures, I gained insight into where businesses are most vulnerable and how breakdowns in process, controls, or assumptions can impact financial outcomes. I then transitioned into a corporate financial reporting role, where I was responsible for technical accounting, external reporting, forecasting and supporting management through complex accounting matters, close processes, and stakeholder communications. Across both roles, I developed a strong understanding of how transactions flow from operations through the general ledger and ultimately into decision-making, allowing me to bridge detailed accounting execution with higher-level financial insight.

What I ultimately discovered was that my greatest impact comes from analyzing the numbers, uncovering what they reveal, and translating that insight into clear, actionable guidance. That realization led me to found Ventura Consulting Group. My mission is to give business owners clarity and vision by helping them understand where they stand, what needs to change, and how to build a stronger, more resilient business.
